link a webpage to a bookmark in a word2007 doc

Job Description:
Create web page with a link to a bookmark inside of a Office 2007 Word document. There will be two files in the end result.
This is a web page that is NOT correct but shows what I am trying to do
mybookmarkinword2007file
The second file will be a word 2007 document with bodies of text and a bookmark seperating the text called "mybookmark"
Please read and understand this before bidding on this, please note I am not looking for 3 days but looking for someone who can do this quickly. If you are familiar with doing this, there should be no problem getting this done already and delivering asap.
The link must go directly to the bookmark in the word 2007 file that must stay in docx format.
The word 2007 file has 2 paragraphs of TEXT and 1 bookmark in between (not a hyperlink).
