e-Meeting management
the idea is to organize a meeting from two main sides (guests of the meeting, and topics of the meeting)
we are happy to pay up to ($150) … any bid over this price will not be looked at.. Bonus will be given (extra money) based on satisfaction.
time to do the work is upto 2 weeks ,,, may give you extra days if necessary.
We want to organize meetings that are attended by guests from different organizations.
Steps
1- we (the admin) initiate a meeting.
2- we register orgnizations, and give them usernames and passwords
3- organizations log in, then enter the information of their employees(guests) who are going to attend this meeting.
4- the admin accepts and prints the guests ID cards. Which will be given to them
5- the admin can create sessions for every meeting
6- guests can suggest(start new) topics for sessions.
7- session members can upload documents or opinions for every topic.
8- admin can print the time table , with the given time (slot) for discussion of the session and the list of the names of the members
9- printing and saving the final report of the session or the meeting.

1- information (name, birth of date, upload photo, upload passport, , his orgnization, contacts, job ,,, etc...

adding comments or opinion to a topic... uploading supporting document to a comments [ by... date/ topic number.
voting... one of three options with comments
finishing or sending the topic.
and the final decision of the topic
we can have a topic, and move the file from a meeting member to another. And each one put his opinion,,, a chain
