Model Portfolio Website Redesign & Migration to Linux, CMS, and Design Work... Motivated Expert WebDesigner/Programmer Needed

We need help finishing a past due project - your guidance and expertise must meet the requirement outlined in this project listing. We are highly motivated, and need someone to take charge of this project, helping get this done as soon as possible!
The main goal of the project is to provide a seamless transition for a windows site being redesigned on a new LINUX box. There are a number of elements necessary for both the front end design and the back end CMS system. Many of these elements must be recreated in the new Linux environment, we will ask you to provide some assistance with integrating all of these elements.
The site will function like a model portfolio, with a membership area and ZIP Download SHOP (we use third party billing company and will set this up later... just provide place to enter "purchase" URLS... details below).
We need someone comfortable with mainstream adult content (some topless, no porn/erotica).

The site that we are building must be modern, easy to use, and most of all attractive.
Loading and subsequent adding of content will have to be easy for a novice webmaster and some tutoring and technical support may be required.
You must be able to start right away and chat via messenger with me (some flexibility, but speed and quality of work is more important than what time of day you work). Schedule arrangement will follow upon winning bid.
We need the new site to be fully functional on or before OUR FINAL DEADLINE: March 15th, 2009.
NOTE: BONUS $$$ for excellent, speedy, and patient help.

DO NOT BID unless the price is acceptable to you. Do not bid unless you can communicate quickly and regularly regarding the project, and do not bid unless you can complete the project within 2 weeks. The project has been started by a company that went belly up and mailed me a refund check after no communication for months on end.
DETAILS OF DESIGN ELEMENTS/INTEGRATION NEEDED:
1) Template
We have a half finished design template, that needs some minor toning down. Some simple pages are missing, including an adequate TOUR for the members area. We have PSD files for the main design for your re-work. We will provide exact content for your changes, and creative eye would be great.
2) HTML
The above template, once finished, must be transfered to html for live testing... with links and everything for site navigation. Fully functional webpages.
3) CMS package setup and testing
A pre-packaged program called SiteDepth, will require some setup.
We will upload all of the content to the new site once it is complete, you much provide the working shell with the ability to change out some items outside of CMS - such as tour pics, advertisements, and other JPEGs.
3) Members Area Authentication Software
We are looking at using Strongbox software for this... which will need to be installed and setup to work with our billing company. any suggestions for security would be helpful. This will protect the members photos, videos, and downloads from non-members.
4) TOUR Design
Must design 10 full page creative photo collages (from photos provided). Strong Photoshop skills are useful here, we will require some full webpages of mostly photos and advertisement for membership - these will have small buttons/arrows (continue tour, join now, visit ZIP Shop) along the bottom of final 5-6 page photo collages. Each collage will be an individual webpage, a part of the overall "teaser" tour... if they click a PHOTO to open it... it will take them to our sign up page.
5) Hosting
We have a brand new hosting account setup with [url removed, login to view] which will need some minor setup work and installation of new pages/template. There will be a test domain available for you here.
6) EMAILer
Need to find new mass emailer that will work with our existing email list on our old windows box. Customers must be able to subscribe to this list easily from a number of places on the site.
7) ZIP Shop...
Must have shop where customers can purchase individual photo sets... same billing company as memberships. Just provide place to enter new individual products: name, description, preview pics, price, and purchase URL. Active/Inactive button would be nice for admin area.
