Modern Web Design, Scraping Script, SEO Tool Development

Firstly, I need the website built. However you see fit, but something easy to manage. So, if we need to use a CMS like Joomla, then I am all for it. I am looking for a design similar to: http://www.blvdstatus.com. Simple/modern logo will also be needed. Next, we will need a script built to scrape data from another website that is updated daily. So, will need to initiate cron to run this script daily. Once the data is pulled, it will need to automatically build an additional page on the server. This will be anywhere from 30,000 to 80,000 new pages of content every day. So, I need to make sure the hosting that I will get setup will be able to work with this script to ensure everything functions correctly. It will be a pretty simple scrape/build script, and will go into more detail with a chosen provider. The real engine of the website are the seo tools I will need added as this is what will be purchased through the website. I would like to use [login to view URL] to handle the invoicing, but this is something we can decide on later. Most of the seo tool scripts are available already, but there will be a couple additional tools that we will need and the one's that are currently available (reciprocal link checker, search ranking positioning, etc) will need to be tweaked slightly. When a customer pays, they will need to be able to have access to reports that will be emailed to them daily, weekly, or monthly and be able to manage their services when they login. Web 2.0 style is what I am looking for here in the backend as well. Will eventually be creating an ebook that will be for sale, along with additional services. So I am looking for a long term partner here with this project, that will be available to add to the site as needed. Looking to only work with proven talent here on GAF, and one's that have good design sense. Please give me examples of web 2.0 style designs you have built, and any custom application development projects you have put together.
