Need Custom Wordpress Mediaplayer Plugin

I want a media player plugin where i can upload songs, arrange the order they show in on a post and implement into a post using a shortcode. Example shortcode: [mediaplayer id=”55”] I should also be able to edit mp3 ID3 tags and mp3 file name from the admin panel. More in depth details in the DOC attached.
