Hello,
I'm a Linux Administrator from Philadelphia, PA. I've been working in IT for over 10 years and have extensive experience with Linux, Apache, Php and MySql. I installed a server's SSL certificates on another site for a perfect rating and other last week as part of a project to bring the server into PCI compliance. You can view the descriptions of both here:

SSL certificates can be complicated because there are several parts: your private key generated on the server, the csr and certificate from a (usually) 3rd party certificate authority sometimes through your host, getting them in the right place, in the right order, which varies by Operating System, web server and whether or not youre' running control panel (like WHM or plesk).
I can resolve this for you but it's difficult it estimate how long it will take. It it's just a configuration issue on the server, it will be done this afternoon, but if I need to coordinate with the Certificate Authority you purchased the cert from and/or your web host, it will take a day or 2, it will depend on the turn around time for their response. I can start immediately and will keep you completely updated on what is going on and where things are in the process.
If you'd like to discuss this further please get in touch.
Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you,
Kris Armetta
