Need minor edits done to my kublenace website PHP

I need a php programer to assist with my website. [url removed, login to view] is the website and it is based on the kubelance script available from kubelabs. I need a programer to assist in making the sign up pages a bit more user friendly and making the project page ([url removed, login to view]) a little more user friendly and pretty.

I need the following work done to the site.

Home Page ([url removed, login to view])

I need a facebook "like box" down the right side of the page next to the logo.

A banner area at the bottom of the site for advertising.

Sign up Buyer ([url removed, login to view])

Need email confirmation check for buyer to retype their email and it checks it is the same as the email provided..

Just want it reformatted to look a bit nicer and a bit more user friendly. Facebook sign up would be great if that is possible for the price.

I need location drop down boxes each with a customised list that I will provide.

1st drop down box - State (Once a 'state' is selected the next drop down box appears under it with the corresponding information)

2nd drop down box - City (Once a 'City' is selected the next drop down box appears under it with the corresponding information)

3rd drop down box - City Area (Once a 'City Area' is selected the next drop down box appears under it with the corresponding information)

Sign up Tradey ([url removed, login to view])

Need profile picture to work properly. Currently they can attach a picture but it does not attach onto the profile.
