Need a PHP Programmer!

Hi,
We are searching a PHP Programmer to make a Control Panel for our users.
The CP will operate with API to do all functions, so who will write the code just need to create a user-friendly gui that will work with API and manipolate the output of them. The API are scripts bash for the moment, will use as command and we will appreciate if you will help us to make Restful api to manadge this script by api.
We need someone who can...
- Work with PHP Framework (CakePHP or Zend)
- Do more importance for the security (prevent abuse, attaks and url encryption using token)
- Write new php code compatible with the version 5.4 or well, 5.5
- Work with "RESTful JSON API" and "SOAPI" (make api and work with api)
- Debugging the code at once progress
We prefer a people that is...
- capable to work on Team and speak in English or Spanish or Italian
- Propose new features and make analys of the project, find something wrong... is an option..
