We need a website that can send text messages to people after they have signed up for text messages that provide different information, depending on what area they select. We also want to be able, if possible, to build in a way for the blind to get messages via audio instead of text. Requirements: 1. Registration page that gathers information for research 2. Registration that asks questions and then allows users to sign up for text messages and emails with information based on what they signed up for. 3. There will be an account page for all people to sign up and keep track of messages and cancel messages at anytime. 4. We want a Management page where we are able to keep track of messages we send in text and email, create the messages we send in texts and emails and be able to monitor our affiliate ads or advertisements. 5. Each text message should be able to have advertisements in it, such as links to offers from sponsors. 6. We want a dynamic design, light colors. 7. Must be willing to sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) 8. We also want a referral program where people can win points or prizes for their referrals. 9. DO NOT RESPOND IF YOU HAVE NOT READ ALL THE REQUIREMENTS AND IF YOU CANNOT HANDLE THE PROJECT TO CONCLUSION.
