New Feature - Video uploading

We are in need of new feature to be implemented. Users to be able to upload video to their profiles. This video will be shown on home page random, and in users profile too. Your task is to implement uploading form, new table for home page where these videos to appear, new table in users profile and page with video frame. More details to winning bid.
