The site is for sale of a product and its spares, and a community development around the users of this product.
Below are the main pages of the website, and their description :
1. "About our product":
It will have a brief writeup about the description of the product, and a picture widget, showing pictures of objects made from the product.
Visitor should be able to choose from a category of "student", "architect", "hobbyist", "entrepreneur", "sculptor", "abstract designer", "mechanical engineer", "robotics engineer", "tech-savvy enthusiast", "All". There will be different writeup from each category, and it should show photos relevant to each category.
2. "Products": selling the product and spares. Registration shouldn't be required for this. There should be a dynamic shopping basket.
(Registration will be required for all the other activities below: (it should be very quick and easy - just ask email address, send password in confirmation email, if possible, login via existing account on google/fb will be great).)
=> We'll be holding "product meetings" at various places, these will be visible in google map.
A "product meeting" means a meeting where we'll demonstrate product capabilities, and educate people about it.
There will be 3 categories:
a. the past meetings: on clicking a marker, pics, videos and some text writeup from that meeting should be accessible.
b. Tentative future meetings: Visitors should be able to initiate a tentative meeting, by posting time, date and location. Other visitors should register to attend a tentative meeting. If the count of attendees is more than 30, it should convert to a confirmed meeting.
c. Confirmed future meetings: Apart from automatic tentative to confirmed meetings conversion, administrator should be able to create a confirmed meeting directly.
Such community events should be posted as facebook updates to all registered users.
=> Testimonials, user experience, incentives to design of the month.

5. Support: This will have these categories:
a. wiki: where instructions will be posted, alongwith photos and videos
c. Site-support: customers should be able to request an engineer visit.
d. Live call support - list the customer helpline number
6. Facebook/twitter link, RSS feed. Terms of service. Other usual stuff.
The requirements might slightly change during the discussion, but mostly it is like this.
