We are in need of developers for a small developer project. We are wishing to develop a very very simple eCommerce website.
I am a skilled PHP and MySQL developer, but with limited time I am looking for developer to work on our site. The chosen developer will be required for developing a simple website using PHP/MySQL/Ajax.
Overall Website Specifications:
- Customer Database, Deal Database, Vendor Database
- Geo-location (IP-based) redirection (direct users to their appropriate site based on location) i.e. Sydney (/sydney), Brisbane (/brisbane)
- List 1 day (24hr) deals which users can purchase (using credit card)
- PayPal or other modules to handle billing process
- Allow Vendors to submit their deals which can be filtered for approval
- Simple commenting on Deals, if too hard or will take to long we will just use Disqus!
- Simple emailing system (mailing list) which we can use to send users deals, we also need to monitor the impression of emails, i.e. 5000 emails sent, 100 clicks
- Admin panel to monitor statistics of sales (e.g. 5/10 deals sold today)
Expectancies of Developer:
- Strong Communication Channel, Skype or Voice Chat
- Documenting all code
- Overall positive attitude towards development!
More detailed specs will be given when bidder is chosen. We will be sending you a design mock-up (scanned images) of the expected pages.
This is a very simple product, don't feel intimidated!
We would prefer a ongoing relationship as we have vision for more jobs later on.
