OSCommerce Site Modifications

I am looking for some minor (mostly cosmetic) changes to my UK based OScommerce website baesd on a template and on oscommerce-2.2ms2-051113 with some contributions added. I am looking for:

1) Change in size of logo graphic which requires re-alignment of some tables on main page.

2) Reconfiguring 2 hyperlinks so that they use SSL

3) Fix a table layout misalignment on checkout success page

4) placement of Secure SSL logos on main and checkout pages

5) add a customeR logout button to the site

I require all changes to be fully commented and documented so that I know whats been modified and to which file(s).

i would consider partnering or long term maintenance contract with the right person.
