This development will marry these 2 sites together to make the [url removed, login to view] site.
1. We are especially interested in the wizards on the [url removed, login to view] site and would like to have the wizards working with the phone systems. The template you will be working with has a [url removed, login to view] wizard that can be tweaked to accomodate the new wizards. This is custom computer creator that is in the osCommerce template now. Systems to target first will be the Voice Over IP Phones and Gateways, Panasonic, ComDial, and Toshiba line. This will be the product line
that we would like to see on your servers first to prove that you can develop this project. We would like to have pictures of the product line. The pictures will need to be original and a watermark included on all pictures. Both a small and large image will be needed. Pictures should be sized to fit in the template properly. The wizard should ask the questions and based on client answers should give an answer and allow the customer to easily checkout for easy sale. The wizard should be able to allow the customer to save the quote for 15 days and can get to it if they are logged in.. If they log back in they should be able to see the quote and convert it to a purchase at that time.
Site should have a disclaimer that online pricing and website errors will not be honored. All sales made only at the sole discretion of shop owner.
There will be another wizard for voice/data installations. We will provide the 20 or so questions that will need to be configured in the quote/price. When
our sales force goes in the field. They should be able to ask clients questions and after creating a login for the client can ask the questions with the
logic to determine pricing. Example How many data runs? How many voice runs? What is the average length of the run? Does this cable need to be plenum based? Do you ... you can see that the logic will spit the price out based on again criteria if over 50 data runs price drops per run ... The quote will be done before the sale rep walks out the door. These quotes should be in printer friendly format and easily converted from quote to on-site approval. The questions wizard should be programmable for a average layman to make adjustments ... add, change, delete ... etc. Site should have anti-fraud module in place to check algorithm of credit card and ip address of country.
Also need a clone of hardware off of the [url removed, login to view] site ... Again no theft only categories ... data ... We would like to have pictures of the product line. 1a. Report generation should be done on the backend. When logged into control panel the sales associate should be able to see their commission based on
sale. Sales associate A should be able to signup sales associate b and for every dollar sales associate b sells sales associate a should make a percentage.
This should allow A and B to login and see the results in real time. And report generation will let accounting and office to pull varying reports.
1b. We need an import and export tool for site, Changes, adds, moves, deletes, pictures, one button click that will allow one to browse to a file and import
it into the database so we can make changes quickly on the fly. It will be easier to perform updates locally and possibly csv the db up again. This will be
beneficial as we signup other affiliates so they can eg. add 8% to db and do an import in one click also. Gets info on web fast and painless and promotes
sales. Open for suggestions.
1c. We will also be selling and marketing web development, redesign, logo, graphic arts design, This is why it will be important for site to look
professional. At bottom of homepage you will see examples of services. We would like to be able to click on these and show different working examples that

Another template pre-purchased. This could show the web development. Would like to incorporate web design, redesign, custom solutions, logo, graphics, etc. Ideas on where to best put this sort of thing.??????
2. Admin control panel remove all branding except what is required. we will add back different branding. We would like to size our logo and drop it in, in
place of existing advertisement. Remove all other hyperlinks. We will add other links for you to populate.

4. Add the forum module, chat module ... [url removed, login to view] is in place just need to clean it up and make link
for room. Also would like a nice sharable calendar that is updatable through web based on user and rights.

could say webmail. Once in webmail a button that says logout and home.

7. We would like to add electronic manuals and software download in database and allow a 1 time download up to 24 hours . A test file and can be used for .
This will allow for a purchase through the site and let the user check their e-mail for authorization code. A dollar amount of $0.00 can be used to test
purchase as some literature will be free and gives us the opportunity to gather their e-mail address. Again, Anti fraud module should be in place.

change banners through control panel, number of banners, length of time viewable.
