osCommerce stylesheet, header and icons design

Looking for someone with a good eye for online e-commerce to revamp the look of our osCommerce site using the [url removed, login to view], improving existing logo and default osCommerce icons.
We have a small e-retail business which sells clothing and gift products mostly made from the fiber of the Alpaca. This concept has been successful for us but we are hoping to expand significantly this fall and into next year.
Our new online e-store uses the osCommerce package. As part of that development we need an artist/designer to design an appropriate image.
Items needed include:
new [url removed, login to view] to give the site a more attractive look and feel conducive to shopping for high ticket clothing. A header/banner which incorporates the existing logo (improving on the logo as well). A new set of site icons to replace the default osCommerce ones with a consistent and properly themed set of images.
The alpaca industry is a luxury market in the U.S. (and worldwide but we only sell to the U.S. and CANADA). The clothing costs "top dollar" and we are looking for an image which appeals to the purchase of these expensive items, but is not too "stuffy". Specifically, these are some key concepts or "feelings" we expect the site to portray:

funky
friendly
warm
comfortable
Earthy
real
heirloom quality items
