12 Page PSD to Web App

Hello. This is a tentative bid since the description of the project does not make me understand the full scope of the project until I see the JPEGs, PSDs and/or the video which will of course make things more clear. I am immense experience converting designs from PSD to HTML, if you want to be it responsive, I can do that as well. All code will be cross-browser compatible and will validate W3 standards. Part 2 of this project consists of making those html pages into a fully functional app using PHP and MySQL. I will build the app for you using custom coded Object oriented approach so you can easily debug/maintain it in the future. I would better use SVN like GitHub to keep track of the code history and easy management. I can make a paid private repository there for this project. Technical Details: Make multiple choice & fill in the blank tests -> Will use jQuery UI for front end and then save it to database. The ability to add these tests to a que and to take these tests -> The saved tests returned from database, The ability to edit, sort and re-order and categorize these tests in a list on multiple pages -> JQuery UI on front end and PHP OOP code at backend to handle. The tests award points when completed, so there is a score page which keeps track and shows a users points and point accomplishments -> Simple statistic charts etc I have no more space here to comment. After that I will be able to give you our precise estimate, as cost of every project depends on the overall features. - Do you want responsive theme?
