PHP site reconstruction

There is a freelancing site whose home page and search functionality needs rebuilding. The underlying script is database driven, so bidders must be confident in handling scripts. We want the search to be map search, similar to [url removed, login to view], in addition there will also be option for search using drop-down boxes.
I also need to organize the search result page. the home page will have option to search for projects as well as search for service providers. PM me for more details.
our budget is tight - $230, so bid only if you can meet this budget. Payment will be made through GAF only after completion of project.
Timeline is also short - 12 days, so only serious bidders please who can complete it within or before the time. Preference will be given to those who can show previous quality works in php.
