1) Create Button for Home Page "Free Adds! with roll over text " click here to place your FREE advert for anything under £500"
Button to link to a form (designed to fit in with look and feel of site) to capture customers add entry. Site has Categories and Sun Categories - present user with list of Categories to select from and then present list of sub-categories. User selects needed sub category - the screen form appears with fields relevant to that sub category (these are dynamic so must not be "hard coded" but look up appropriate fields at time of entry - user can add text etc to each field. Additional Table may be needed to capture the Name & Address of the user (Name Address, Town, Postcode, Telephone). After completing form user is returned to Home Psage - new entry is not then live but must be viewed by an administrator (preferable by a web site address eg [url removed, login to view] (not by using the sites Admin features)with a user name needed to acces this page - the page presents the unlisted (new entries one by one and the admin user can change the entry / delet it / or approve it at wghich dstage it becomes punlicly vieaable.
(A future project will have a form for PAID advertising)
2) All entries made in a sub category are to be also listed in the approproate parent category. Not sure how you will do this but all entries will be made in the sub categories but must be also carried over into the relevant main category.
3) Button link on Home Page replace text" contact us" & Terms & Conditions Buttons to match the add entry mentioned above and to be worded "Contact Us2 and "Our Terms"
4) Facility to put into an xls (excel spreadsheet) the names, address, postcode and telephone numbers of any given date - or range of dates. This to be able to be dowloaded to a desktop by FTP
Site look and feel - suggestions are welcome re improving the image and presentation of the site - especially as the 4 main categories will likely gro and the present format is not suited to a number greater than 4
