Programmer (code cleaner)

We are currently looking for someone who is extremely professional and skilled that can go though, check, fix, and if necessary re-build codes for our website. There are two parts to our program. An online public use calculator and the primary one is the back office main hub. The online public calculator is to be driven from the main hub. Currently the system has, at times; bugs- we need these bugs repaired. This system promotes guaranteed results and it has to deal with people and their money, this system needs to work consistently flawless. There are currently thousands of lines of code that will need to be checked, cleaned up and if necessary re built on a more efficient platform. While repairing and or rebuilding the program, it is mandatory that any such work is done in a sandbox environment, as to not compromise the current program. There will be a need for regular updates i.e. – Canadian marginal tax rate changes, mortgage interest rate changes, etc…We are not looking for a short term, quick relationship, nor will we reward this project to the lowest bidder as we are looking for someone with experience and proficiency.
