PSD to WordPress theme - fully functional site

Hey everybody, I am looking for a coder/programmer specialized in Worpress to create a responsive WP version of my design and fully functional site. I need somebody who: a) is swift, b) can follow directions, but can suggest something if needed - you need to stick to the list given and do things point by point, c) IMPORTANT - communicates well and keep me informed at all times (you must confirm that you received info, that you understand, etc). d) STICKS to the agreed deadlines. If you do not communicate on regular basis... we cannot work together! I have the design done in a PSD file. I do have nearly all the inside pages (such as contact/sidebars, etc) designed. I only right now realised, that I could have one more page + blog look which I have not decided on... other than that, I do have ALL the elements, so there's NO guess work, no designing as such, everything designed for you. This is supposed to replace the my current page [login to view URL] The flow of the site + some jpg of various pages, including home page, you can find in the attachment. This is what you would need to do: 1. Create pixel perfect theme (home page + all the inside pages) 2. Upload to the TEST hosting account 3. Create webform/optins so that information is sent to the email 4. Install all the necessary plugins 5. Integrate all the social media 6. Once everything is complete and approved, upload to my hosting account, and point to my hosting account 6. Make a fully functional and secure site... You need to have previous experience with PSD to Wordpress projects... PLEASE, send me examples of similar projects you've developed. I need this pronto... so if you have take on dozens of project and have no time for me... forget it! I'd like to find somebody who can start NOW and work on it now, swiftly until complete.
