I am looking to create a safelist submitter Program
It must be Web Based but the spec below is open for discussion.
Auto-join feature - user can create their own username and password for all safelists that are listed in the Program.
The user can view the safelist before they decide to join it.
The User has the ability to edit their details at any time and delete/add safelists at anytime.
User should be able to mark those safelists on the list he/she is already a member of and be able to enter his/her existing username and password for them (instead of the ones used for all other lists) as to avoid double entries that are not permitted by many safelists. When the User posts their ads to the safelists, the User should receive an e-mail stating if the post was successful or not.
When setting up the auto join part of the program you will have to program a way to override turing keys (This is not a must but would like to find someone who can do this)
Users have the ability to store their ads and select which to send. It would be desirable to have 10- different subject lines for 1-10 different ads. * Ads should be sent in HTML or plain text format - depending on user's choice and/or safelist requirements.
Submission process should run in the background or if the User chooses, be aloud to watch in real time, the results of the submission (success or failure for every list) sent to the user by email.
Programming to be done in PHP
Easily add/remove safelists on the admin side.
Be able to save the ads in the members area
Edit subscribe or list e-mail address or vacation mode with the safelists. * Must be able to complete this project in 3 weeks.
100% ownership and Technical Support (if required)
Payment will be made 50% on agreed spec and 50% upon completion of job when every thing is confirmed to be running correctly.
