Script Re-Branding

What I need is this. I have a script that needs to be re-branded to appear as though it is made by my company. This will include the following:

Simple text changes, and css color changes.

Site titles, etc...

Succesful candidate will be offered a position to futher develop this script with the addition of modules, and/or plugins.

I firmly believe in sharing my profits with my developers. You will be offered this as well. You may continue to work with my company as a subcontractor to handle customer script installs, and customizations.

I really want the gui of this script to look different than it presently does.

I will not disclose the name of the script at this time, but will tell bidders through IM.
