Simple WordPress Plugin

I am searching for a talented wordpress plugin programmer. I am looking for a plugin which can do the following things: Show all articles with the following features: article-name (inlcuding article-url) date posted number of comments number of fb-likes number of fb-shares number of tweets And the possibility to rank the shown list on all of these factors. (e.g. the most shared article on top or the article with the most comments on top). The plugin should create a shortcode which I can implement on a page in WP and the user should be able to see all articles and have the possibility to rank the article how he wants to. The admin should have some options, for example to check on/ check off which features to show (e.g. enable/disable number of tweets) or to exclude specific articles. That's it!
