Spanish Language Sportsbook

Hello, I reside in Latin America and I'm looking to start a venture with an online sportsbook (refer to [login to view URL],etc..), all in spanish, but offering a way for gamblers to place bets with each others (refer to [login to view URL]). Essentially it's a website that integrates the best of both worlds. I'm looking for a complete package, including website design, graphics design, database development and a backoffice to keep data entry very easy and simple to implement. I don't want to tie the developer up with a certain technology, database or operating system, so please let me know first-hand your course of action. Since it's a sportsbook project, website security is of upmost importance to us. Please let me know your thoughts on this matter as well. We're not in a tight schedule but we would prefer to have a beta site functioning in a reasonable time since the start of the development. Since we are in a Latin American country and the project is targeted to customers residing in this area, the deposit methods are slightly different as the ones in the U.S., we would have to discuss this as the project goes along. I need (a) developer/s that can keep an open line of communication and ideas exchange in the duration of the development process, new ideas or changes can arise.
