Hi,
This is the first project in a serie of similar projects, so I'm looking for a longtime partnership.
I have a PSD and I need it converted to HTML5/CSS3 and then to Joomla template. I'm a developer my self so I will be reviewing your code my self.
The PSD I have require some minor changes I will tell you about. Also the winner bidder must be able to handle Arabic font within his Photoshop envirement, as this current PSD is 90% or more in Arabic. The produced HTML will be then transformed to an LTR version. (The PSD is in RTL format now).
The winner bidder is the one who can present a good mix of the following criteria:
1/ Fastest as possible
2/ Excellent quality
3/ Reasonable price
4/ Previous experience is a BIG plus
The PSD will be provided for the chosen bidder only.
