We need a trouble/support ticketing system set up for my web design clients via MySQL and PHP.
The ticketing system will allow our clients to post “trouble tickets” – i.e. trouble with their website, improvements they would like made, etc. These trouble tickets will then be able to be commented by our administrators, and by the client themselves as each of us “process” the ticket. The system will also need to send an email to the administrator's email accounts, and the appropriate account of the person who posted the trouble ticket when the ticket is opened, closed, and commented on. Finally, the ticketing system will be built upon the client/login system we have already built.

By our estimation, this project should take approximately 3-5 hrs.
Where needed html will be limited to basic p, br, hr, h1, etc. However, there will be little html need since, the coded pages will fit into a template we have already designed using php and css.
Successful work on this project will lead to more work, and possibly an hourly job developing a highly sophisticated control panel system for our web design clients.

Agreed on the time estimate. Has PHP been enabled to send mail on the server and do you have a table with the email addresses of the administrators etc. Regards Andre
