Unique Music-Related Website

I run three successful music-related Websites and have a great idea for another one. This one is very unique and I believe it could become very large.
I already have an SQL database (via one of my other websites) that will be the backbone of the data behind this project. I will also need a template for the look of the site.
I have set up different payment options for developers in the past - but the one that works the best for everyone is part ownership in the site. Under this arrangement I pay you very little upfront but you get a paycheck each month or each quarter that is 20% of the site's profits. This has been very successful with another programmer of mine who regularly receives $1000 checks from me. This can be discussed in more detail later.
