URGENT !! REDESIGN WANTED !!

job start immediately !!! i need to begin immediately !!! is to redesign the look and feel of the site using the current model for inspiration. The look should be modern and streamlined. Majority of work will be in designing of new graphical assets, psd and CSS. Goals – redesign cover for 1) first . we have 2 redesign page u need to get done before move to a new redesign done by u . the 2 redesign page was done with incompleted in coding and design . u are required to fix the design and the coding. notes : after u have done for point 1 , pls host in a link for me to check with error free . once approve by me of u work , u will send me in zip file then u continue the new redesign page in point 2 2) after u have done in point 1 , u need to redesign for the rest of the new pages . all are 25 pages together for the new page all the works must be clean , w3c validated , css validated , browser fix for all computer screen . all coding , psd images are 100% belong to us . Initial design(s) are to be tendered and vetted and once approved can be implemented.
