Urgent 3 scripts for our website

We have our own website that offers users free website links which they can visit, it is like a website directory but for a specific category, anyway we wanted to add to our website 3 very simple features/scripts 1: Digital Downloads script(for users to buy files from our website and pay via paypal then download them) 2: affiliate manager for users(for users to generate leads for our website and earn commison per lead) 3: advertise on our website script(for users to advertise on our website and pay per lead and so on) for the digital downloads script I want an instant delivery script to compose an email with a download URL directly after buyer's payment is confirmed by PayPal,this should be shown on my website, then allow the buyer to download the file or whatever i have for sale. the script should allow the users to login and and download their files and each file can only have a certain limit of downloads per user this script should have a fully functional and working admin area to manage all aspects of the script now for the affiliate manager script, i need it to be a simple basic affiliate manager were users can generate leads or refferals to my site and earn commision per referred user, i also have an example of a simple script that i want mine to be like, this also should have an admin area to manage all aspects of the script. and finally the advertise on our website script, is basically were users can advertise on my website by signing up after they sign up they can login, add banners or advertisiements then pay per leads or impressions and so on Now all of the above scripts that i need for my site should be able to process payments via paypal and have both admin areas for front end and backend, also i require the coder or freelancer to integrate the scripts admin areas with the existing admin area of my website and make them all in one, and also these scripts should be integrated also into the front end design of my current website.
