Use Drupal Commons platform to create a community site

I need a community portal in Drupal Commons for Artists. Various types of artists and art organisations get together create their own profiles, edit profiles, post art programs etc. The site must have features: -Events calendar -photo gallery for different art category -A good featured discussion forum - needs to have moderators for different art categories -Forms for creating artist profiles, creating organisation profiles, organisations to post job opportunities, artists to apply for the advertised jobs -List all available art programs, sort by region, sort by category, and sort by date -A search function - A suitable theme is to be installed. I should be consulted frequently to make sure only useful features and themes are installed. When all done, I will also need a 30 min phone walk though of the site as part of this project. I am an experienced Drupal 7 user and can understand tech talk. The project must be completed within TWO weeks of accepting the bid. 50% milestone will only be released when I see good progress in the work. *** Project budget is around $100-$150 ***. Higher bids will be ignored. A separate OPTIONAL maintenance contract for this site is also available: Optional maintenance contract for 3 months is also available for $100. This means you are required to fix any errors found in the site during this period. Long term maintenance contract can be negotiated.
