I would like to design a Custom VBulletin theme for the latest version 3.6.2 ([login to view URL]) for a country portal that is heavily visited. It has to be a unique, HTML validate and CSS valid. You can rework and change an existing theme as a guide or modify e.t.c. Just want the theme to look country specific. I currently have a forum running PHPBB (http://www/[login to view URL]) and will be migrating to Vbulletin. It will basically carry the same colors as the current one with another two variation of the colors. The design has to be optimized, load quick and fast. Further information on the size, graphics will be provided. All images will be provided. This will involve graphic design, for the header/logo and icons/avatars if needed. Prior experience in VBulletin style/theme design will be a Plus. My Budget is Below US$150.00
