Want a professional, reliable and experience web developer (or a team)

Hi, We have Tons of work with us and we are now looking for more outsourcing partners who can share our ever growing flow of projects. We are looking for a reliable, professional and experienced team to handle our web designing projects. We don't care about your country of origin, what matters is you should be good at your work and PUNCTUAL too. We have tried a few developers on GAF who were very good initially but then as we started giving projects, they proved to be unreliable. We know that our tolerence level for lack of punctuality is very low but these developers took 6-12 months to complete small 7-10 pages projects!! And when we started asking for updates,they started going invisible on messengers. We are also allergic to excuses and we are not fools, we can make out a difference between a genuine reason and excuses. If you are well established developer or a team with thorough knowledge and experience in Php, MySQL, Javascript, AJAX, Flash, web 2.0 and your graphic designing qualities are good, then you can get tons of projects. ASP, .NET, MsSQL, Facebook and OpenSocial application knowledge is an added plus but not mandatory. You can have as many projects as you can handle but you should be reliable. We can give you one website a day, if you can handle it. This should show that we are looking for a long term partner(s) and not one time project. To handle so many projects, you should have good communication skill (a MUST), a good Project Management system, reliable person to talk to us on a daily basis (preferably on weekends too). Many a times we will give you a generalized concept and expect you to provide us your input after a thorough research. We need timely update on the development without having to ask for. Since we will act as an intermediary between you and the client, we will not pay top $$$ (we need to earn too) but we can give you continuous beeline of projects, you will not have to look for projects elsewhere. Saying this, we pay much better than majority of the webmasters pay on GAF!! Apply with full details.
