Web Site designer needed NOW! fast effiecient quality

1. Please change the tab names to; home=home select project=Post a Project find contractors = Contractors find handymen= Handymen current projects = job board bid forms = legal forms referral program = Free Advertising Forum = The Forum get a quote = get a quote 2. post a project, get a quote, and the 3 step banner will go to the same page. That page still needs to be made and conected to our databases and I want the contents of the page to look like; see attachment 3. I would like the "search contractors and handyman box to be horizontal under the tabs instead of a vertical box like on the site; [login to view URL] 4. erase the broken link above the logo. 5. I would like a much more atractive log in box that fits with the sites color scheme. 6. I want a much better footer matching the color scheme of the web site 7. I need the social bookmark links to actually work at the bottom of the home page. U can use the icons on the site or install a separate script. Either way that makes sharing easy. 8. I would like the states list provided on the site to have cities expand under then when clicked on. see the other attachment to see the list of cities we will provide under the states or go to; [login to view URL] and use only the US states and cities. 9. If there are any questions as to the sites structure or database's I will provide u the email address of the original developer that may or may not be of much help to u since he recently wrote to me how sorry he was for being so lazy and irresponsible (seriously I have the email I couldn't believe it).
