Website design for user generated content site

I am looking to create a user generated content site. This site will comprise of personal sport videos being uploaded by users and other users being able to view and comment on the videos. There will be image mapping required on a number of large images 1400X700 in size and around 50 in total with (5-8 hotspots mapped per image) which will lead the user to a (similar looking page to Youtube video layout) where all videos of that specific sport have been uploaded. I am also looking for someone with a sharp mind with graphic/image/layout presentation as the User interface is core to the success of the site as the images are rather large and the I want to include some other content on the webpage as well. The target market is young technologically savvy males (18 - 30yrs old). Additionally I am looking for a clean minimalist looking site that is presented in a size bigger than 1024x768. I would like this site to be of social media nature where users can login with Facebook and videos uploaded can be 'liked' and shared across platforms. I would also like to be able to edit the site once it is created as content (text) and some images (advertising) may change. I have created a proof of concept for the image mapping through dreamweaver and can provide an example of what I am looking for. Or I could Image map all the images as they will be different and send them for you to include. This may be a better option and is my preferred to reduce your time and the cost. I am using Dreamweaver CS5. The page count will be: 8 unique pages all different - 1 as the Home page with a minimalist look and another unique web page displaying all 50 logos under a specific category 5-7 categories in total for the user to select. One other will include advertising deals for each brand and category. This will be displayed as a image all of equal size. I would prefer if I could edit, add, remove advertising once the site is created. All other pages are considered about me, contact us, whats new, sign up, view my account videos etc.. Rather simple styled pages which may be scaled as they could appear the same, just have different content within. + There will be 2 pages that will be scalable in format. 1 applied for each large image (50 images)) using the same layout so essentially it will be a copy and paste type job for visual aesthetics. The other page will be where a user clicks on a specific section of the image (from image mapping) and they will be directed to a webpage that has all the videos stored for that specific section. This will be styled like youtube's appearance. In total I have estimated 8 unique pages 2 scalable pages with 1 having different mapped images (50x 7 sections per image) = 350 pages I am thinking 400 pages total. As stated I would like to be able to edit the content (mostly text) once complete. I will supply the text for one image mapped page and this is to be copied over the 50 pages. Once complete I will re-edit myself through copying paste over the text as the content is not available and is still in production as we speak. I have all images ready including the website logo. I am specifically wanting these redesigned (as my skills are poor) to look visually appealing and engaging to the audience whilst still appearing simple, modern and minimalistic I have supplied a screen dump of three unique pages Home page x 2 Category Page Image Mapping page Please use this as guidance and add your expertise and skill to freshen them up.
