146319 Website Modifications/Clone

I need the script I have on www . stupidtoad . com to be modified to work and look EXACTLY like www . spikedhumor . com. The "news" section of spikedhumor does not need to be included. The right column does not need to included "recent blog post", as this site will not have the blog feature. Instead of it being "Spiked Classics of 2006" That can be the most recently watched videos. Other features will need to be added to match spikedhumor The graphics of the site should look exactly the same as spiked humor, except for the site Logo at the top of the page. I need this to be completed very quickly by a team of professionals. Thank you.
