i am on a budget. If I select you, and bid is higher than I can do in one month, must break it up in phases per month. will put half in escrow and balance when done within the month of each. Each time doing same. Will put 150 in escrow upfront and balance as site progresses. I have no problem paying staying within budget per month.

no hugh bids can be accepted, i am not a company. I can pay what is agreed and will tell you if not in budget. I will have a bigger budget once basic site is up and running. I have more areas to add to site. The first part is harder. I at least need the basics up on phase one. we can divide this project up into more than one if needed. timeframes for project is 30 days. Any other work would be under same condition unless said otherwise.

do NOT send me email or bids unless you know how to build php from ground zero.... nor if it has nothing to do with what i need. Nor if your wanting to do on another platform. If you use some scripts you can mod INTO my needs, i dont care as long as finished product is my needs and I own the script you produce.

It is clear that I want php/mysql on template base site. PERIOD. several bids were made previously who could not do php from scratch and wanted me to change platform, wasting my time with bids.

I need to see experience sites you have done from others. That is also important to me.

I also do not mind helping if duplication of things I have know-how in to help with workload. no pro.

The site consist of below:

** create detail database, admin permission of site with AdminSR (owner) and created emp & monitor areas of site for working employees later.

** must be done more db driven vs long script pages so i can manage page better later by script areas on page.

** script notes on pages so later i can put together manual of site

** Must build word base categories/loc for easier seo outcome and MUST seo/tags "as you build".

** Site offers 3 different type main posting areas, each alittle different style page and outcome with different permissions for members and also for non member users. Basic posting pages would have cat page, sub cat page, listing page, posted page, and form page.

** Site offers a membership area like facebook... wall feeds, info profile, groups, friends, messagers/email, likes, pokes,a daily journal vs notes, FB instant instant message chat, invites, comments, edits for post and other areas of site in "my account area", settings, top navigation notices.

** Site has 3 different types of membership and allows non member user permissions; free and/or paid

** Site offers Talkpage Chatrooms for signed in members created in admin

** Site offers detail backpage like advertising for post and detailed display advertising, set in pages, fixed and rotating ones, along choices in locations and categories

** Site offeres an affiliate program sharing referral ad commission with detail affiliate area and in admin area. The affiliate program is 3 levels on most site ads.

** Site offers a instant message chat like facebook

** There are 3-4 areas of posting with a little different page template and user must be a member to post.

** ajax locations or create from admin location pages

** categories are on one page and subcategories are on another page.

** all areas set as unlimited categories and sub cats

** must be built so that it will not be complicated to add to site

** security a must!

** community flagging

** TOS ratings with auto emails for 7 levels of toss & monitors

** IP history and IP shows on public users
