I need a Community Blog The developer should be FULLY knowledgeable of DIGG and a BLOG Same functions with some major additions The web site must be able to allow any user to post to the blog, and have a comments section for each blog. Users must be able to track other posts by other users. (A USERS SECTION) Member usernames must be unique & members cannot have duplicate names Logins will be by email address Profiles will have UserNames Member Profiles URL will be a set of random combination of 9 letters & numbers New Registrations are emailed to admin(s) New registration emails are sent with: User IP, Username & email address Users: Can upload Icons will convert to correct size it will not use the large size image but convert it & delete the original file. Users can change password Forgotten password feature Password reset feature Check Affiliate/referral info Easy selection of referral text links/banners etc (We should have a place in Admin panel to put banners etc certain sizes that show up in user accounts) Subscriptions RSS feeds for Entire system categories Users Comments Admin: Admin will be able to create new categories & subcategories Admin can make some users moderators Moderators can erase post. Ad Affiliate Revenue Sharing Mod (Will work with Yahoo YPN & Google adsense) This will work based on sharing the chance of Adsense or Yahoo YPN showing up on pages that the member post to. Members who post more than 20 (number changeable by admin) articles have a chance of their Adsense code showing up at a base of 30% Members will have a choice of affiliate banners or text in control panel If the members signup 5 people with at least 5 post the members Ad sharing chance goes up 5 percent. If the members post get voted out the affiliate chance goes back down. Admin should be able to change base required post & affiliate requirements. Also member gets 10 percent chance if a referal makes it to the Ad sharing program. This number should come out of the site's percentage. The system should use Yahoo YPN & Google Adsense & all ads should change to reflect the users ad account. In case of the member has both system admin should be able to suggest the percentage of ads showing up. System should send a new mail & when a user can use the Ad Sharing portion. They shouldn't be able to include their code until they reach the required amount of post. Admin shall be able to view which members have the same IP Admin shall be able to view which users have the same Adsense or YPN code (they can have it) Users should never see their own Adsense or YPN code while logged in. On the front page & category pages there should be an ad code after the 3rd or 4th post. We want the full source no encoded code We must be able to install the program ourselves We want an installer created & instructions on how to install (permissions etc) We need the programmer to create a basic style & we will change the style to what we like.
