Wordpress customization and integration

What I have:

3. Affiliate plugin ([url removed, login to view]) (plugin attach)
4. [url removed, login to view] account for Malaysian online payment gateway. (API attach)
What I need:
1. I need [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] to use same user DB and no need to double register and double login.
2. I need to integrate with affiliate plugin so that any purchase on [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] will earn affiliate some commision.
3. I need both Pricerr and Project to add [url removed, login to view] as an additional payment gateway besides Paypal that is already inside Pricerr/Project. This is valid for purchasing gig/job or purchasing additional feature i.e. featured, sealed, etc.
I will provide you the Admin login and password to Wordpress but not FTP access as it is a shared hosting with other sites on it. I will upload any file you need to the server when required.
