Wordpress and Next Gen Gallery expert

I need expert in Wordpress and NextGen Gallery Plugin. But really a simple task for experienced not need more than 30 minutes I think.

I just need to be able to sort the gallery basically same way as this site:

And I want it to be sorted based on gallery Image Tags... each image has a tag you can add and I was thinking this might be the best way to sort it.

Budget $20 . So plz don't apply if you are not agree.
