Wordpress them/template

This project consists of developing and/or altering an existing

Wordpress Theme to a friendly/nice visual layout.

The theme should be soft and appealing; and it should give the

feeling of peace and harmony.

This project is rather simple. The steps are:

1 - Write a plugin for conditional display images for thumbnail and

full image on the blog.

2 - Theme with consistent layout throughout the site.

3 - Verify it meets all requirements.

Requirements:

The Wordpress Theme must be compatible with version 1.5.

It should be CSS1 based, I want all configuration to be through the stylesheet.

Output must be valid XHTML, and CSS.

I prefer Freelancer familar with Wordpress and php only. You can PMB with details of your work.
