We are looking for some PHP & MySQL development
The Overall Outline
We are looking to create a secure membership site which has pre-paid PIN code access. The membership pages will initially hold access to a series of links to Adult content which is being licensed (2257 Certified)
The site which has been mocked up is a non adult generically branded front page ([url removed, login to view])
The End User purchases a pre-paid membership card and comes to the site for the card/membership activation, they scratch off the security foil to reveal the 6 character alphanumeric Activation Number (AN) on the back of the card, they enter it into the activation page, to complete the process of activation they also create a 4 digit PIN code.
The card also has a unique serial number (Card Serial Number) printed on it for batch management (this is sequential and linked to the Activation Number)
Once activated the End User is then allocated XX days of membership for the membership area (specific content) The user will now go to the login section to enter the Activation Number (printed on the card) and PIN code they have created as part of the activation process.
Every time the user logs on through the WIACP site they will be initially presented with a page detailing the summary of their account, numbers of days left of membership, expiry date and content they are subscribed to.
When the user logs in we allow them access to our members area, we would like to hold logs of logins against ‘accounts’ – We need to pass the user to the licensed content.

Specifics
We are looking for a developer/development team to achieve the following:
Website
• Create a secure membership area around current mock up ([url removed, login to view])
• Integrate website with membership database
• Website Optimisation
• Create Secure Admin Area with:
1. Reporting
Activation Stats
Login Stats
DB stats
2. Account management features
Creation of Accounts (Activation Numbers and Card Serial Number)
Exporting of new account and card serial info in CSV format
Addition of Distributor Info against Card Serial Number – this may have multiple tables as a distributor may have sub distributors
Ability to add Membership days, Content Name, Page URL to Card Serial Number batches
Ability to suspend or delete individual or batches of Card Serial Number
3. DB Backup tool – Ability to backup the entire DB to CSV or similar recovery file.

We will provide hosting environment for final product and development environment if required, Windows Server, MySQL & PHP.
Time Scale for Project
The time scale is FULL delivery by 23rd August or before.
Payments
Option 1

25% on 50% Completion and sign-off of Work
50% on Full Completion and sign-off of Work
Option 2
GAF Escrow Payment Account
Further extensions of the site/project could be handled via separate projects on this freelancer site or directly. We envisage a long-time relationship with the correct supplier.
