Adobe InDesign Layout Editing

I need an Adobe InDesign CS 4.0 expert for a very simple Book Layout job. I already have the full source in 8"x10". I want it to convert it to 7"x10". The text and image placeholders need to be resized to look professional. The images should have excellent print resolution. They are 300 DPI and should print well. You will need some experience to know the difference. The inside margin needs to be changed to 0.75" and outside margin needs to be changed to 0.50". Finally you will also create a small b/w logo with a male and female shadow and a heart in between them. I will give you a link to a PDF file if you are interested in this job. The document needs to look like the PDF file I will give you but the size should be 7"x10" and the margins as told above. Preference will be given to those having similar experience. This is not a one time job. If we like your work, you will get lot bigger projects. This is a very very urgent project. It will be awarded to the first good coder who bids!!
