Entry of employee (picture, name, office (i.e. room number) and phone, immediate supervisor and phone, hours allowed in (such as 24/7 or 07-1700) This button will require password protection. Second, ability to call up "descriptive sheet" (from info above using a name query or office query) ... sheet will display all listed above ... (notice extra swing if you can change display color to red if out of hours and green if in hours authorized to work. More complex in a minute. Side button to call up internal phone list if further information is needed (url will be entered on-site) Third, ability for external office to send "permission" to be in the building outside normal hours listed in section 1 ... as a popup or a flag. This button will require password protection Pretty front end all the usual end user stuff.
