I would like a programme developing that is capable of querying Google and returning all search queries that have been made where there were no pages found containing that particular search term.
The query period must be flexible i.e. return the queries made in the period of the last 30 days or the last 60 days etc.
Obviously this has the potential of returning a huge amount of data, so if it is at all possible to filter the initial query in some manner that would be great.
This would need to be a standalone application that could be installed via its own installation routine.
This needs to be able to run on a standard PC running Windows
2000 and above.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
