ITunes database synch tool

Hi, I'm using three different PC's from where I purchase music via the iTunes tool from Apple. All three computers are my own PCs and I use the same iTunes account on all of them. I need to have the means to merge the databases into one database so I have all purchased titles available on all of the machines. I would like to have a simple little tool developed in VB.net which is comparing two databases at a time and generate one database which has all titles with out [login to view URL] new database must then work under iTunes 4.7 and also must work to upload titles to the iPod. NOTE: I do not ask you to remove any DRM. I only want to get the databases merged !!! I believe the key to doing this is to merge the .xml file. If you feel comfortable doing this please let me know.
