This specification project defines the best functional way on how to create a wiki that can be edited using MS Word 2007. Should it use Webdav, a custom build web application or whatever? The project delivers a proof of concept and specification document that can be used for a developer.
## Deliverables
The project deliverables are
* Outcome of the study (a document)
* Functional specification of a solution to be developed. ( a document). This functional specification should cover edit, create new page, revisions, authentication, table of contents and search.
* A proof of concept, installed on your webserver, to show the a very basic, simple scenario:
* Create new wiki page is MSWord 2007,
* Use Save as type ‘Web Page (*.htm; *.html)
* Open Firefox or Internet Explorer to view it.
* Use an ‘edit’ link at the bottom of the document, so the user can use to ‘edit’ the document in MS Word 2007.
* When saved, it replaces the current version This Proof of concept should be documented and delivered so it can be installed on my webserver.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
