My computer company is looking for a shopping cart system with an integrated inventory database for our website. The database must be able to be manipulated by a stand alone program and "admin panel" to maintain the items available and in stock. This system should be similar to the "customize" feature when buying a new computer from a company's website. If a part is out of stock, we should be able to use the stand alone program or an "admin panel" to keep the item from being ordered in the customized system. We want to be able to use the stand alone application to print the orders, shipping labels, and other things related. Also we will need to be able to modify the orders on demand, incase a customer needs something changed.
This system must be in mysql and php. If you would recommend working with a different database, feel free to make suggestions.
Any questions can be directed to
