I need a 'picture reviewing program.' To satisfy this request, the coder would provide either of the following two types of programs. (1) Clone of [url removed, login to view]'s system Please see [url removed, login to view] At this website, you will find a picture in the middle of the screen; within the picture you will find a white outline of a box. If you 'mouse' over the picture, you can control this white outline. If you click, the picture updates, zooming in based on the new parameters that you selected. The program I need from the coder must be able to integrate into a website. Specifically, the program can accept any original picture, shrink it down to 4"x6" size, then generate a thumbnail around .5"[url removed, login to view]". The white box would operate within this thumbnail, just like on [url removed, login to view]'s website. (2) Clone of [url removed, login to view]'s system For example, please see [url removed, login to view] This system is very different from Fotolia's. Here, there is still a thumbnail, but if the user mouses over the thumbnail, a slightly larger version of the picture emerges (this larger version moves as you move the mouse). Furthermore, if you click on the thumbnail, you then have the option of zooming in on the center of the picture, to see more detail. This program would also satisfy my need.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
I'm not too familiar with what types of languages would be used to generate either of these programs. It's open to suggestions.
