Small Windows based project

After downloading you will see that there is an EXE file which starts the rest of the programs in the other folders.

This EXE is what I want rewritten. It should look nicer and also display information/links/design from my website [url removed, login to view]

I do not need the function of the EXW changed. It should still be starting the programs from the subfolders but again, look nicer. It should be open and available in the taskbar as well until closed manually. So do not close it after a program is selected.

Any other input is welcome.
