Volume Free Space Eraser

Two functions:

One whose purpose is to identify the volume format of any drive specified by its drive letter.

A second function will lock a volume identified by its drive letter, directly overwrite the unused clusters of the said volume with the specified patterns (bypassing any caching mechanism), and unlock the volume, all the while alerting a user-specified function.
